Reception at Kilimanjaro airport and transfer by private driver to your hotel. Your hike begins in the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro in Moshi. Be sure to be at the hotel by early evening, as your trip begins with a comprehensive briefing and kit inspection by an experienced Kilimanjaro climber. After the meeting, refuel with a hearty dinner and get a good night's rest to start your ascent tomorrow.

Meet your guides and porters after breakfast and take the opportunity to organize your gear before departing for a transfer to Machame Gate – the southwestern entrance to Mount Kilimanjaro National Park. Begin your hike around lunchtime, beginning with a pleasant walk through the rainforest, where many species of brightly colored birds can be observed. Set up camp at Machame mid-afternoon, ready for your first night on Kilimanjaro. The huts fell into disrepair a few years ago, so with the help of the porters you will set up tents for the night. Enjoy an evening meal prepared by the porters and savor the first night's sleep outdoors.

Your second day on the mountain takes you out of the rainforest and up a steep ridge into moorland. Watch the vegetation thin out as you ascend along the path to the Shira Plateau – soon several distinct species, including giant groundsel and lobelia, will be the only plants dominating the harsh landscape. Spend the night camping at the edge of the plateau and enjoy a golden sunset over the snow-capped peaks of Kibo.

Enjoy a fantastic ride as you continue through the rolling landscape and deep river valleys. The hilly landscape offers a great chance to acclimatize and as you ascend to the more rugged areas of the mountain there are great views of the Kibo massif and its beautiful surroundings. Tonight is spent at Camp Barranco.

Today is an important acclimatization day as you will only be hiking in the morning. First climb the Barranco wall (not a technical climb) then follow the Kibo Sud circuit. If the weather is clear, you can expect great views of the southern Kibo glaciers. Arrive at your camp around lunchtime and rest your legs while enjoying great riverside views in the Karanga Valley.

From Karanga head to the intersection of the South Circuit and the Mweka Road where you will start climbing a ridge to Barafu Hut. Barafu means “ice cream” in Swahili – it can get very cold here at night! You should arrive in Barafu towards the end of lunchtime, giving you plenty of time to rest before the final summit attempt very early tomorrow morning.

Around midnight you will be woken up by the guides with hot tea and biscuits to energize you before the long and difficult climb over scree, and sometimes snow, to Stella Point (5780m). Pass the giant Rebmann Glacier along the way and hopefully arrive at Stella Point in time for sunrise and great views of the crater, the glacier glistening in the morning sun. From Stella there is another one hour hike along the crater rim to Uhuru Peak (5896 meters), the highest point in Africa. From the summit, take in unforgettable views of the crater, ice fields, and the vast and distant East African plains below. After the photos and pats on the back, begin your descent. Back at Barafu Camp, enjoy a well deserved lunch and much thicker air! After lunch continue to Mweka camp for overnight and get a good rest.

Today you will continue down the mountain, crossing alpine meadows and rainforest to the gate of Mweka Park. Enjoy lunch after leaving the park, then return to the hotel for a relaxing shower - a real treat after the physical exertions of the past few days! Tonight, reunite with your fellow trekkers for a meal, sharing your experiences of the past six days on the mountain.

Go for a day of discovery and swimming in a waterfall. The waterfall is located in Materuni village which is 37 km from Moshi town, from this point there is a 40 minute hike to the waterfall. The waterfall is at a height of 2500 m from the sea level. Materuni village is one of the villages where the Chagga people are found. The scenery is stunning and your guide will give you a first introduction to Chagga culture and habits. You will have time to rest at the waterfall, or even swim if you are brave enough to face the cold water. You will continue your day with a coffee experience. Once you have finished your meal and coffee, it is time to leave and your guide/driver will take you back to Arusha.

Rise early, pack your camping gear and personal gear into a six-person jeep and set off on a full day game drive in Tarangire National Park. Observe lions, leopards, elephants, impalas, zebras and hippos. Your campsite is in the town of Karatu, halfway between Tarangire and the Ngorongoro Crater.

Wake up at dawn and embark on a game drive. You'll leave while the animals are most active, then return to camp for brunch around 11am. After spending the middle of the day relaxing, as animals do, set off again as the day begins to cool off. You will return from this second game drive in time for dinner and overnight at your camp.

Rise with the sun and enjoy another game drive as you leave the Serengeti and head towards Mto wa Mbu. Upon arrival, you will learn how to prepare a Swahili dish and enjoy a craft session with local women. Discover the cooperative of farmers and artisans that operates in the local market. Enjoy your culinary creations for lunch.

After a night's sleep in your hotel in Arusha, reach the airport for a direct flight to the island of Zanzibar where you will be met and taken to your hotel for a day of well-deserved rest and relaxation by the sea.

A full day on the Stone Town side. Start with a short quick tour to discover the capital of the Archipelago then take your boat to reach Prison Island. On this island, you will have the opportunity to see the century-old giant tortoises. Once the visit is over, take your boat back to reach the most famous sandbank of the archipelago "Nakupenda" which means "I love you" in Swahili. Take advantage of your presence to swim, sunbathe and snorkel before returning to dry land and being transferred to your hotel.

Take advantage of a day of rest and relaxation by the sea to enjoy the swimming pool of your hotel and relax.

A morning around Mnemba atoll aboard a fast boat. Take advantage of your cruise to observe or swim with the dolphins in their natural environment, before joining the turquoise waters for a swim in a natural pool and a snorkeling session to observe the corals of the Atoll. Rest in the afternoon before meeting the guide again for a sunset cruise in a local atmosphere with drums, dancing and music.
